Using Totopo

Totopo is a food journal and nutrition tracking app. You are responsible for the information you enter, the goals you choose, and how you use the estimates the app provides.

The app is currently in beta. Features, limits, availability, pricing, and design may change before public launch. Beta builds may expire, contain bugs, or lose data. Feedback, screenshots, crash reports, diagnostics, and tester activity may be collected through Apple beta testing tools if you participate in the beta.

Nutrition and health estimates

Totopo is a general wellness food journal. Nutrition and goal outputs are estimates for informational use and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or based on assumptions.

Totopo is not medical advice and should not be used to diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage a disease or medical condition. Talk to a qualified health professional before making medical or diet decisions that could affect your health.

Your content

You keep ownership of the journal entries, photos, scans, corrections, profile details, and other content you add. You give Totopo permission to process that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the app.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not add sensitive information that is not needed for food logging.

Subscriptions

Totopo may offer auto-renewing subscriptions for paid features. Subscription name, duration, price, trial terms if any, renewal behavior, and included features are shown before purchase and may vary by country, currency, tax, or App Store rules.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through your App Store account before renewal. Deleting the app or deleting your Totopo account does not cancel an active App Store subscription. Refunds, cancellations, and billing issues are handled by Apple and the App Store according to their rules.

Service processing

Totopo uses backend systems and service providers to run the app, including syncing, storage, subscriptions, analytics, diagnostics, beta testing, product lookup, and automated nutrition estimation. Your data may be processed for those purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app or interfere with its systems.
• Do not try to bypass subscription checks, rate limits, or access controls.
• Do not use the app to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it.

Account deletion

You can initiate account deletion from app settings. Account deletion removes your Totopo account record and associated app data from Totopo systems, except for limited information retained for legal, billing, fraud-prevention, security, support, or backup reasons. Account deletion does not cancel an active App Store subscription.

Availability and disclaimers

Totopo is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutrition estimates will always be correct.
